Does it build on what you already do well?
The second consideration is adjacency.
The strongest opportunities often build on capabilities, expertise, and experience that already exist within the organization. That allows a company to pursue growth without losing focus or stretching itself into areas where it has little competitive advantage.
Together, these filters help Bellwood balance growth with focus pursuing opportunities that move the business forward while staying grounded in the capabilities and values that got it there.
